Can I request any changes in the Agreement, request more help or extra services?

Yes, we’ll do our best to support you. Please get in touch with your representative. Please note that most changes require at least a 30-day notice.

Can I cancel the contract?

Yes, you can cancel your contract with a 30 day notice. Simply reach out to our support team, and they will assist you with the cancellation process.

Is there a free trial available?

We do not offer a free trial. However, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service after the initial 30 days of service, we will refund your money in full.

Can you integrate with the software we use?

Yes, we offer seamless integration with most software platforms commonly used in eCommerce today.
